Well it's summer already and the year
continues to be the best yet here at Deep Forest Productions!
Under a Sunlit Sky continues to make a steady climb and copies are being sold throughout the world. The response to Under a Sunlit Sky has been humbling and very encouraging. Here's what one reader said about it:
"Totally blown away by Under a Sunlit Sky!! I am enjoying the heck out of it! Truly, it is w-a-y worthy of an even broader audience. Great work. AWESOME!"
But, being as it IS summer and I am a party kinda guy I have to take time out to have some fun with the peeps. I have the best damn friends in the world and party with them as much as I can. This weekend is boats, booze, and babes as we will be setting sail for Jobbie Nooner! That's right, I've got my beads ready and heading out to Muscamoot Bay for the biggest boat and island party of the year.
The summer book tour continues to roll on. Next up is San Diego, California for the San Diego Comic Con International- the BIG DADDY of all entertainment conventions! Then it's back home to Michigan for the Canadian-American Paranormal Conference in Sarnia, Ontario and the Romeo District Library for an author's event with several Michigan writers.
"In My Life": This is the LONG OVERDUE
WWII love story that was tentatively titled "Love, Me" and set in Detroit.
"Harbor Jokes": A mostly humorous,
sometimes serious memoir of my days working in the mental health field and a
commentary on the state of behavioral medicine in today's society
"Cafe at the End of the World": A social
commentary in the form of a satire focusing on where we are as a species and
where we're headed if we don't grow up before we destroy the only planet we call
home.
Also in just an idea stage is a regular series of science fiction novels
following the adventures of a paranormal research team
I've got a children's book in the works, a star trek novel, and a screenplay I'm
working on- one for the small screen and one for the big screen!
